1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Scout software platform ("Service"), ("Company," "we," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Scout is an AI-powered recruitment operating system designed to help recruitment agencies and headhunters manage candidates, clients, and jobs. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service according to your subscription plan.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local laws.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the source code of Scout.
  • Use the platform to send unsolicited spam.

5. Intellectual Property

Our IP: The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality (excluding User Data), is and will remain the exclusive property of Scout.

Your Data: You retain all rights to the data, resumes, and candidate profiles you upload to Scout ("User Data"). You grant us a license to host, process, and display this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Subscription and Payment

Services are billed on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
